I have just come across this cool app that I thought of using with my class to create a kind of "visual memory" of work we do in class.
You can use Video 365 to journal your class/life one day at a time by recording short video snippets or pictures.

The free version can only do 2 second videos, th epaid version allows longer videos + captions + music to be added.
Applications? Every day you could ask someone in the class to capture a video of what the class learned that day - it could be from you, or even better, from another student.
