When a programme is not needed, it can be unattached from the class. Sometimes a class may appear with two or more programs as someone has unwittingly attached it twice. Remember you can't delete the program, you are just unattaching it from the class.
Before doing this save any marks and reporting information.
- On the spine click the workspace selector icon for the Teaching workspace.
- Load the programme by clicking on the class or the "Load programme" icon
- Click on the "Edit Collaboration settings" icon.
- Click the bin icon next to the class.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Click Ok. Take note of where there are any classes still attached (this information is needed for the next step).
- Type the class code and the Teachers initials under tags. If there are no other classes attached to the programme enter the word (archived) after the programme title.
- Click on the Teaching workspace icon to return to the timetable.
