Getting programs into shape for the new year can be tricky if they are currently in use and attached to a current class. Changing or adding assessments to our current program is not possible.

- Create an un-timetabled class
- Attach a COPY of the current program to this new class
- Edit this copy (this won't affect the current program)
- In 2018 when you have the new class you can COPY this new program across with all the adjustments you have made
