Microsoft Teams - create a custom background for meetings

This is a tip from Phil Whitehead at TechBlend - a way to create a custom background for a Microsoft Teams meeting. 

Blur is SO last year! Here is how you can create your own backgrounds:

Note this uses this template but you can create your own images to use.

The folder that this needs to go into for Windows 10 is 

C:\Users\"Your username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
