If you want to create a Microsoft Form that will be collecting responses from parents, students or staff ongoing rather than one-off (eg Music enrollment, staff suggestions, sport sign up) rather than create a Form in your individual account (that will disappear when you leave you organisation) you can create a Form associated with a Team. This is a great option as the Form then lives with the Team and is 'owned' by the Organisation rather than the individual
The responses also go into an online sheet that collects responses as they arrive, this can also be shared easily.
