SEQTA new features

SEQTA was updated over the holidays and contains numerous new features, many of which don't apply to us just yet.

Here are a few that do:

1. Seating plan in attendance
2. Uploading files - now you can choose files that are already uploaded on SEQTA
3. Student Coneqt - although we are not using this formally yet, our students can login and use this feature.
