To round out Term 1 I decided to do a retrospective of the weekly tips I have been sharing with staff.
A few criteria come to mind - web-based, free, easy to use and share! I chose two options just to get a comparison. Both were simple to use and I could get a nice visual story going without any great technical skill needed.

https://spark.adobe.com/ allows you to
create great looking images, videos and web presentations online. It is one of
a number of services that could be a great option instead of Powerpoint for
students to tell a story. Have
a look here at my TTF overview which was quick and easy to create.
https://www.sutori.com
is a new timeline tool where you can add text, images, audio or video. It is
collaborative so students could work together to create a timeline and most
importantly it is easy to use. Check out my TTF recap
to see what it looks like.
