Being able to communicate to parents (and students) via email is a given in most schools. Despite the rise of multiple communication methods adopted by students en-masse like Facebook messenger, Instagram, Twitter and the like, schools rely primarily on email to communicate with students. I believe that schools need to adapt to the changing paradigm of students communication and embrace instant messaging tools - but I will leave that to another day!
The go-to tool for email for most people is Outlook. To email multiple parents requires set-up time - gathering emails then adding them one at a time to form an email group may be a worthwhile investment if it is a group that you contact frequently, but this does not allow for much flexibility in the audience of the email.
Using emails in Seqta provides many advantages over Outlook.
