Sharing files in OneDrive and the ability to collaborate on files and folders is one of the great features of working in the cloud.
But what about if you share a link with a group of people and you want to have a time limit on the access to the link OR you want to remove access completely. Easy.
- If you are in File Explorer, right-click on the file or folder you shared and select "Share"
- Hit the ... in the top right to "Manage Access"
- Hit the ... again next to the link share and choose "More options"
- Hit the x next to the link
Simple! This is a great way to share a folder to (for example) collect video files for an assignment but have a deadline after which access disappears. Or you can share a movie file for a day and remove access at the end of the day.
